The registration fee includes: participation in the program, workshops, accompanying exhibitions, press materials, refreshments and lunches during the conference and VAT. Early registration fee applies in case of payment to the organizer's account no later than June 30, 2019. The social evening is being sponsored by the main conference partner.
Invoice
A tax document will be sent to you by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of payment.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Notification of cancelation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat info@ergonomickakonference.cz. Cancelation by phone will not be accepted.
Registration cancelations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

| up 30 June 2019 | without cancelation fee, only handling fee 150 CZK |
| from 1 July to 15 September 2019 | 50% refund |
| on 16. August 2019 and later | no refunds are possible |
Participants name changes can be made at any time without an extra charge.
